I have decided to release version 1.0.2 of Duplicate Image Detector with a bunch of minor fixes. This doesn’t include the additional features in the pro version of the app.

It will fix/enable the following:

1) The progress window now has a cancel and reduce cpu load buttons.
2) Preferences pane is now enabled allowing you to adjust the matching criteria of the application.
3) Fixed spelling mistakes.

Except for any major problems found this will be the last revision until the version 1.1 which will include the professional version features, and a bunch of general user interface improvements as well.

A few people have asked about Duplicate Image Detector working on Panther (MacOSX 10.3.9). Unfortunately at this stage it seems one of the libraries that I rely on is crashing on some occasions under Panther. Over the next couple of weeks I hope to track down and remove the bug that is stopping Duplicate Image Detector running on Panther.
